My specialism is digital praxis: helping organisations to realise their digital objectives through building capability, strategy and products.

I have nearly 20 years hands-on experience of planning, building and managing communities and products, plus digital transformation programmes (everything from capability assessment and training to delivering inspirational awareness-building workshops and lecture series) for major media companies, global brands and charities.

Since the mid nineties, as well as working on the cutting edge of new media, I’ve enjoyed helping a range of small startups and big corporations, brands and charities to better identify, understand and implement digital skills, tools and strategies to enable them to flourish and succeed.

My involvement ranges from running workshops and short-term digital programmes to longer-term strategic or coaching work.
